Stained glass by Marc Chagall (1887-1985). The top photo is from the Reims Cathedral. The second row, as well as the last two, show the America Windows in the Art Institute of Chicago. The bottom left photo is the Chagall Window, a free-standing piece of stained glass commissioned by the United Nations. It commemorates the 1961 plane crash that killed Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld and fifteen other people.
